E-invoicing Eases Accounting Procedures Dramatically
Dataline and Fundtech have entered into a joint partnership in view of the need to provide e-invoicing to its corporates in the Asian countries. This partnership will enable online accounting whereby corporate will be able to change the supply chain of funds to improve their cash inflow and outflow.
E-invoicing does away with paperwork and saves time and money with its superior technology. It also saves on bill processing time by electronically sending the invoices. On the receivables side, settlements are made fast with instant deliveries and better tools to manage queries. On the payable side organizations can accept in their e-invoicing network, invoices straight from the suppliers.
By working together, Dataline, an Australian payment and solution company and Fundtech, a company providing global banking solutions, will bring forth products in e-invoicing ranging from outgoing receivables to incoming payables as well as modules on electronic payments etc.
Account Payable departments of organisations will also be provided with the option of switching from paper to electronic form of data by opting for the paper to data service. There would also be provision to capture invoicing data through any mode be it by fax, email or EDI and cross checking it with business agreement.
