Intuit and Turbo Tax 2009 Premier have many issues with their latest softwares. As user for over 20 years, after the problems and costs involved this year, I believe I will find another provider.
Anyone else having troubles with TT? No customer service!! Refund of wasted time due to their software? Was a time saver == and accurate == no more. Tried to send message to Company President == no method to talk with them!!
